The selection process for BSF Head Constable (Ministerial) consists of:
- Phase I: Physical Measurement Test and Document Verification
- Phase II: Written Exam (Language Skills, General Intelligence, Numerical Aptitude, Clerical Aptitude, Computer Knowledge)
- Phase III: Typing Speed Test (35 wpm in English, 30 wpm in Hindi) and Medical Examination
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18-25 years
- Education: Passed 12th class or its equivalent
- Typing Speed: 35 wpm in English, 30 wpm in Hindi
Exam Pattern:
- Written Exam: 100 questions (English/Hindi Language, General Intelligence, Numerical Aptitude, Clerical Aptitude, Basic Computer Knowledge)
- Duration: 1 hour 40 minutes
